If an item does not suit your workspace, here is how to return it.

30-day return window

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging, with all included parts. Keep your order number or proof of purchase.

How to return an item

  1. Request your return. Email [email protected], call 1-818-277-2215 or use our contact form. Include your order number, the item and the reason. For damage or an incorrect item, photos can help us understand the problem.
  2. Pack the item securely. Include your order number inside the package. Contacting us first helps us identify your return and provide any needed instructions.
  3. Send it to our return address. Use the address below. Keep your shipping receipt and tracking number.
  4. Inspection & refund. We inspect the item within 3–5 business days after receiving it. Once approved, we initiate a refund to the original payment method. The time for it to appear in your account depends on your bank.

Who pays return shipping?

We cover return shipping for a quality problem, an incorrect item or shipping damage. Contact us so we can arrange the appropriate return method. For other reasons, including a change of mind or choosing a size that does not fit your space, you pay return shipping. Original standard shipping charges are not refunded for change-of-mind returns. We do not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Problems with an item

Please tell us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective or different from your order. Keep the packaging and all parts. We will help arrange a return, replacement or refund as appropriate; this does not limit rights available under applicable law.

Exchanges and cancellations

For a different size or style, return the eligible unused item and place a new order. To cancel before dispatch, contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, follow the return process above.

If a refund is taking longer
