These terms apply to your use of aureondesk.com and purchases from Aureon Labs LLC, doing business as Aureon Desk. By using the store or placing an order, you agree to these terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Returns & Refunds Policy.

Using the store

You must be able to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Provide accurate contact and address information, protect your account credentials and use the site lawfully. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, misuse another person’s information or submit fraudulent requests.

Products and fit

Read the individual product specifications before buying. Product measurements may be rounded when converted to inches. Overall dimensions do not necessarily describe the usable support surface or interior clearance. Compare your equipment’s physical dimensions with the product and contact us if you need clarification. Screen diagonal alone does not establish fit. Colors may appear different across screens.

Prices and orders

Prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable taxes and shipping charges are shown at checkout. Product availability and prices may change before an order is placed. An order acknowledgment confirms receipt of your order; it does not guarantee acceptance if an error or availability issue is discovered. If an order cannot be fulfilled, we will notify you and refund any amount collected for the canceled item. We will not charge a corrected higher price without your consent.

Delivery

We deliver to the contiguous 48 U.S. states only. Processing takes 1–3 business days and transit takes 2–7 days, separately. Standard shipping is free on merchandise orders of $59 or more and $6.99 below $59. See the Shipping Policy for details and the way we handle delays.

Returns

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unused items in original packaging. We pay return shipping for quality problems, incorrect items and shipping damage; customers pay for other return reasons. Inspection takes 3–5 business days after receipt, followed by an approved refund initiated to the original payment method. Bank posting time varies.

Product use

Use products for their described purpose and follow any included instructions. Keep the supporting surface stable and check adjustments before placing equipment. Do not exceed a listed load rating. We do not make medical or health claims for stands or risers.

Site content and service

Our original text, brand design and site materials are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may use them for personal shopping purposes. We aim to keep information accurate, but occasional errors or interruptions can occur. To the extent permitted by law, we are not responsible for indirect losses arising from misuse of the site or products. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Questions and updates

We may revise these terms prospectively by updating this page. The terms in effect when you placed an order apply to that purchase. Contact us about a concern so we can work toward a practical resolution.
